The designer’s goal was to transform a 700 ft2 master suite, located in a London-style Westmount adjacent home, from a traditional space into a modern and restful retreat.

This space of rich textures and neutral colors links clean lines and a functional approach with a hint of quirk, added by the bold color of the window seat. A few pops of color, in an otherwise monochromatic space, are a perfect example of using colour in a stable, long-lasting aesthetic.
